Flip
Flip is a video discussion platform for your class. You can assign students to create short informal videos of themselves as responses to prompts you provide. They can explain a concept or problem, practice language skills, and much more.

Flip has an awesome Canvas integration. Assigning Flip through Canvas is easy, once you've tried it out. Grading your Flip submissions is easy too. The videos automatically load in the Speedgrader where you can assign credit and post comments for students. Give it a try! Your students will love it.

Pro Tip:
Be sure to remove Flip from your Canvas course navigation menu (links along the left side) after the initial setup. Students should access your Flips directly through the Flip assignments you create.
You will be able to see their Flip submissions in Speedgrader. If students access Flips through the main link, rather than the assignment, their submissions won't appear in Speedgrader.
