Preview as a Student

Want to see your assignment from the eyes of a student? Canvas allows you to access your course from "student view" to do just that.

There are, of course, a few limitations. The student preview lets you access the course as a fictitious student named "Test Student". Unfortunately, Test (we're on a first-name-basis) does not have passwords for Google or SchoolCity, so these assignments show an authorization screen. Other than that, being able to test out your work (see what I did there?) is a valuable tool.
