Google Takeout
Export Drive Files to Personal Drive
Leaving SUHSD?
We're sad to see you go! Among the many things you've got going on, you may be curious about how you can save your Google files so you can access them later.
This is where Google Takeout comes in. Google Takeout allows you to export your Google Drive, along with a long list of other Google file options including Calendar, Keep, and Mail. Once exported, you can download your export and upload into your personal Google Account.
Sharing Folders Within SUHSD
If you want to leave your files for other teachers within SUHSD, you can share folders with colleagues. After you have shared the content, you'll need to take it a step further and transfer ownership of the folders to another SUHSD teacher (we are not able to transfer ownership outside @seq.org). You must first share access directly with another user in order to transfer ownership.
