SBG in Canvas

A data sync pulls information from your Canvas course to be used to create connections between the Learning Mastery Gradebook and the traditional Canvas gradebook.
A grade sync pulls scores from the Learning Mastery Gradebook into connected assignments.

Only outcomes that have been used in a bridge tool connection will be reflected in the traditional gradebook after a grade sync.

Data Sync & Grade Sync | Canvas LMG to Traditional Gradebook

Teachers can opt to have grade syncs occur automatically or only when triggered manually.

- - There is an option to initiate a manual grade sync and data sync at any time
  - Once the Bridge Tool has been deployed in a course, data syncs occur regularly (about once every two hours)
